Get started
Install a Linux RC1 package
Choose the supplied Linux package, complete licence acceptance, and start the correct setup journey.
Before you start
Use the RC1 folder for the exact distribution and architecture. Do not treat a DEB or RPM file as proof of support for every related distribution.
The package requires TPM 2.0 or vTPM and its declared service and runtime dependencies. Prepare the database server and model files separately.
Install the supplied package
- Read the platform instructions and verify its manifest with the supplied public certificate.
- Review the exact bundled licence and privacy notice before accepting. Keep their versions and hashes with the installation record.
- On an Ubuntu desktop with the supplied graphical installer, open the wizard and choose Primary or Node, services, and ports.
- On a server, use the supplied distribution package instructions and package manager. Provide the documented installation choices before starting setup.
- Allow the operating system to request administrator approval. Never enter that password into a Product page or support message.
- Check the systemd service. Open the frontend for Primary setup, or use the existing Primary to enrol a Node.
Unattended licence acceptance
The Linux package accepts PUNAHA_LICENSE_ACCEPTED=1 only as an explicit installer acceptance choice. Read the bundled terms first. It does not register or activate the installation.
Installation and later registration acceptance are separate receipts. A new legal version must not overwrite a historically accepted version.
Check the result
Verify the installed Product version is 0.1.0-rc.1 and the expected service starts. Preserve the package, installation receipt, and verification files.
If the package cannot continue
Check the reported dependency or TPM error. Do not bypass the prerequisite or substitute another distribution's package. Treat unqualified upgrade paths as pending acceptance.
