Understand security and data handling
Find the current guides for sign in, access, tenant separation, data movement, audit, and secrets.
Start with the question
- How sign in and access work
- How tenant separation works
- Where data is stored and when it moves
- What audit records cover and how to handle sensitive information
- How to configure secrets safely
Know the scope
These pages describe controls found in the current product source. They are not a security certification. Your organisation still needs its own risk review, identity rules, network controls, backup controls, and response process.
Keep three services separate
Pūnaha product data belongs to the customer installation or its configured providers. The public documentation site is separate. A support message is also separate.
Do not copy customer data, passwords, tokens, or private keys into documentation search or an ordinary support message.
Use the smallest access
Give only the named items and actions needed for the work. Review access and audit records. Remove access when the need ends.
Registration information and receipts
Registration sends the declared identity and installation metadata through the configured Support flow. Optional email sharing is separate from licence acceptance.
Retain the accepted document versions and hashes. Read the exact licence and privacy notice supplied with your RC1 package.
