Operate
Use the Operations pages
Check active, waiting, and failed work for the platform or a tenant.
Choose a view
System operations shows the installation. Tenant operations shows the selected tenant's work. Check your selected tenant and node before taking action.
Read the work state
Separate queued work, capacity waits, active processing, stop requested, paused work, and terminal results. A model call can finish while its document still needs more stages.
Control a document
Use Stop, Assign, and Resume only for the intended jobs. Wait for stop acknowledgement before changing an active job's destination.
Control document processing explains destination eligibility, progress, and safe recovery.
Investigate a problem
- Record the tenant, time, processing node, and job or request ID.
- Read the original failure and recent section outcomes.
- Check the node heartbeat, storage phase, and model capacity.
- Compare configured policy with observed execution.
- Use the related logs and audit records if registration permits ordinary access.
Keep the evidence
Do not repeatedly retry an uncertain action. A saved remote setting does not confirm that an unreachable node applied it.
Registration restriction
When the allowance expires, normal background processing and Operations access stop. Sign in and restore registration before ordinary administration.
