Important defaults and limits

Find the main default values that affect server size and performance.

Registration and licence

Future renewal pricing is undecided and may include a charge based on user group demand and actual maintenance and development costs. Proposed terms and prices will be disclosed in advance. Paid renewal requires explicit acceptance. There is no automatic charge or obligation to renew. Issued terms and prior accepted commitments are honoured. Optional support is separate.

Renew or export before the 720 powered on hour cutoff. Ordinary processing, administration, customer data access, and exports stop after that cutoff. Data is retained. This allowance is not 30 calendar days.

The current issued 12 month term costs US$0 from the signed issue date. Initial registration and renewal after term expiry each have 720 powered on hours of normal use.

Powered off time does not count. Ordinary restarts and date changes do not reset the allowance. It is not customer editable.
