Sign in and accept an invitation
Sign in, use MFA, and join a tenant from an invitation.
Sign in
The sign in page shows the methods that your administrator has enabled.
For a local account, enter your email address and password. You may also need a code from your authenticator app. For organisation sign in, Pūnaha sends you to your identity provider.
Accept an invitation
- Open the invitation link from your administrator.
- Check the tenant name and your account details.
- Complete the sign in steps.
- Open the tenant after you accept the invitation.
Use recovery codes safely
Keep recovery codes away from the Pūnaha server. Do not send passwords, login codes, or session details to support staff.
If you cannot sign in, contact an administrator through your organisation's normal support process.
Links do not give access
You can save a link to a page and open it after you sign in. The link does not give you permission. Pūnaha still checks your access to the tenant, item, and action.
